In the southern part of Madagascar, we’ve built our first farm. All the employees, hygiene managers, gardeners, guards as well as technicians are recruited from neighbouring villages, and trained in our proprietary training centre ’La Marmite’.

Our first farm is only the start. Our operations are getting ready to scale up in a sustainable manner, paving the way towards a stable production in 2025. This will allow us to employ, train and educate locals while actively working together with the communities around all future farms.

The Properly people are experts in their field and passionate about the environment.
Our Bio-technicians are trained at the IHSM in Tulear (Institut Halieutique et Sciences Maritimes) under guidance of the Dr Ravelot and are all Madagascar nationals.
The management is partially of Madagascar nationality and European nationality (with over 30 years of experience in Madagascar management).
